The CAS Leadership and Human Resource Management consists of 4 three days modules in Fribourg near the train station and a CAS thesis.
This module is designed to empower individuals with the essential skills and insights needed for personal growth and effective self-management. At its core, this module aims to cultivate a deeper understanding of oneself, including recognizing personal strengths, weaknesses, and individual patterns of behavior. Participants will learn practical strategies for setting and achieving personal goals, enhancing emotional intelligence, and developing resilience in the face of challenges.
