ideas@iimt
ideas@iimt was launched in 2014 and was a successful program over more than seven years, providing support and a helping hand to students of the University of Fribourg in the early stages of turning innovative ideas into business ventures. It was a platform for early-stage coaching and consulting, with a practice-oriented approach. ideas@iimt provided the platform for students to exercise their creativity through business development and prototyping. Seven successful years means in numbers: on average 4 funded projects per year, a total of 5 awards won and 2 start-ups founded.
Good concepts always find imitators, which of course makes us happy, but also shows that it is time for new ideas and a reorientation of the program.
Together with the iimt Alumni, ideas@iimt will henceforth reward the best implementation (proof of concept) of an innovative idea: the ideas@iimt Award – news will follow shortly – stay tuned!
