Key Advantages
Our DAS has a focus on integrated management of small, medium-sized, and large firms in the technology sector.
The modular structure offers high flexibility. Out of the wide range of potential CAS you select those two that best match your preferences and needs.
The study structure adapts to your personal situation and not vice versa. You can start with one CAS, and finish with the complete Executive DAS.
Programme Structure
The DAS consists of 2 CAS, each one requiring a mid examination and a final CAS project. After completing the two CAS you can start with your supervised DAS thesis project. The Diploma-thesis project includes an introduction on scientific work practices and one-to-one coaching sessions with a University professor coaching you to conduct and write a highly relevant scientific thesis.

The CAS AI for Managers teaches you how to use machine learning and artificial intelligence with tools that do not require you to know how to program (no-code tools)
The CAS Leading Innovation and Change combines strategic foresight, product expertise and customer focus with practical leadership skills. The programme is tailor-made for professionals who want to advance their career by learning to master complex tasks with agile, people-centred methods and achieve sustainable added value for their companies in the process
A solid grasp of financial information and an understanding of finance are essential for making successful decisions in a dynamic business environment. The CAS Financial Decision-Making equips you with the financial tools necessary for effective managerial decision-making, performance measurement, and risk management in a rapidly changing landscape.

A solid understanding of the foundations, the mechanisms and the purpose of our economics and management systems are indispensable for responsible and ethical decision making. The CAS Ethical Management will give you insights into foundational key areas in business leadership, while preparing you to include ethics, sustainability and faith perspectives into your business agenda. The course is an interdisciplinary joint venture with the Center of Faith and Society of the Faculty of Theology at the University of Fribourg. The degree is awarded by the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Fribourg.

Prerequisite/Admission:
Bachelor or Master degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences or other diploma recognized as equivalent and three to five years’ work experience. Admission is given “sur dossier”. In justified cases, the study management can admit people who do not or only partially meet individual admission requirements.
