Campana & Schott – Lecture on PPM

Our partner Campana & Schott offered our students a lecture based on Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The students learned first-hand, how to successfully implement the main fields of action of PPM, portfolio governance and resource management, portfolio structuring as well as portfolio sustainability.

The students could directly apply what they learned within a Case Study. We would like to thank Christian Schmid & Sebastian Lipp for they valuable contribution and are looking forward to welcoming them next year.
