The final report on the course «Freiburg von morgen» is here!

In the autumn semester of 2019, the iimt has implemented, for the first time, an interdisciplinary course focusing on the institute’s expertise in innovation and transition studies, project management and digitalisation processes.

Titled “Freiburg von morgen”, the course enabled students from various backgrounds to investigate real-life challenges for the City of Fribourg in an era of change. In line with the interdisciplinary focus of the course, inputs by the iimt’s experts were supported by almost a dozen external speakers from academia, industry and government, combining expertise from a broad range of areas, ranging from urban planning over energy management to theology and IP rights.
