Customer Insight Workshop
On Wednesday, the 18th of April 2018, around 60 students from different Swiss Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences joined the Customer Insight Workshop, which was organised by the Innovation Club Fribourg. Meeting point was the Innovation Lab Fribourg.
Under the lead of Sébastien Niclasse and Sulamith Scheurer, both from INNOArchitects AG Bern, and Yves Hertig from the iimt, students had the opportunity not only to learn more about Customer Insights, but also to apply the methods and tools on two real life cases. Firstly, Junior Enterprise Fribourg (JEF), a student-led junior consulting company and secondly, Roll-e a futuristic shopping trolley. Both business ideas are currently coached by ideas@iimt at the iimt – University of Fribourg. The Workshop generated for both projects more detailed insights about current and future customer needs and potential solutions.
Several directors and managers from small and medium enterprises from Fribourg, as well as shopping trolley users were invited to this Workshop and interviewed by the students.
The Workshop was a great success and an unforgettable event for the students. After their Workshop experience, all participants received an official certificate and were rewarded with Pizza and Beer.
