What is Facilitation?
With the involvement of several stakeholders, a facilitator conceives, organizes and moderates complex innovation workshops end-to-end. The facilitator never loses sight of the goal of consistently aligning his project with the relevant goals, the end customer validation and the high and positive energy in the teams. A facilitator shines with a “modern way” of moderation and uses the relevant methods flexibly and situatively from her own toolbox.
