Friday, 30th of June 2017 – an exceptional day at the iimt!
170 employees from Electrosuisse, the professional association for Electrical Engineering, Power and Information Technologies, visited the iimt and the University of Fribourg.
The day began with the inspector’s conference with almost 100 participants. During the conference, as well as in Workshops and group works, the experts had the opportunity to exchange their technical know-how.
In the afternoon, all other co-workers joined the team to learn more about the iimt and the University of Fribourg. In order to give all guests an insight of the daily life at the University different activities took place as: the visit of the AMI, the Chemistry Department, the botanical garden and the museum of natural history. But also different keynotes and speeches as well as the visit of the InnovationLab were part of the programme. This extraordinary day ended with an Aperitif and Dinner in the University Restaurant.
The iimt would like to thank all involved persons for this great day and all Electrosuisse coworkers for their interest towards the iimt and the University of Fribourg.
